At Trinity Episcopal Church, we believe that ministry is at the heart of who we are as a community of faith. From gathering to study God’s Word, to lifting our voices in song, to preparing the sanctuary with reverence, to serving others through prayer and action, there are many ways to share your gifts and grow in fellowship. Each opportunity to serve and learn helps us draw closer to God and to one another. Some ministries invite quiet reflection and devotion, while others bring us together in worship or send us out into the world to share Christ’s love. Together, these ministries enrich our parish life and strengthen our witness in the wider community. We invite you to explore the many ways you can be part of this life-giving work and discover where God may be calling you to serve.
Anyone with questions about the church, membership or communion, or assistance with parish events is welcome to reach out to the Parish Life Coordinator, Sabrina Fricke at (361) 703-8601.

Wednesday Afternoon Bible Study
Coordinator:
Fred Fry
Join us each Wednesday afternoon in the Trinity Parlor from 1:30–2:30 PM for an open and engaging Bible study. Together, we read, reflect, and discuss Scripture in a way that deepens our faith and connects us more closely as a community. Whether you are new to Bible study or have been reading Scripture for years, you’ll find a welcoming space to grow in understanding and fellowship. Reach out to Fred Fry at (361) 578-6802 to learn more!
Altar Guild
Coordinator:
Jan Hamilton
The Altar Guild serves behind the scenes to prepare our worship space with care and reverence. Meeting twice a month, members clean the silver, arrange linens, and decorate the church for holy seasons and special observances such as Easter and Christmas. Their quiet ministry helps create a sacred and welcoming place for all who come to worship. Reach out to Jan Hamilton at (361) 578-6802 to learn more!
Daughters of the King (DOK)
Coordinator:
Susan Hyak
The Daughters of the King is a spiritual sisterhood devoted to prayer, service, and evangelism. Members commit to a life of prayer for the church and community, offering their time and talents in service while sharing Christ’s love through word and action. Their ministry strengthens both the life of the parish and the wider world we are called to serve. Reach out to Susan Hyak at (361) 652-8362 to learn more!
Knit Wits
Coordinator:
Susan Hall-Angerstein
The Knit Wits Ministry uses the gift of knitting to share God’s love in tangible ways. Members create prayer shawls, baptismal blankets, and other handmade items that bring comfort, joy, and blessing to those who receive them. Each stitch is a prayer, and every finished piece is a reminder of God’s presence and the care of the church community. Whether for a new baby, someone in need of encouragement, or a special occasion, these gifts are offered as expressions of love and faith. The Knit Wits meet every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6:00PM in the Trinity Parlor. Reach out to Susan Hall-Angerstein at (361) 571-2484 to learn more!
Women's Bible Study
Coordinators:
Kathy Michalik, Susan Hyak
The Women’s Bible Study meets on Wednesdays following the 10:00 AM service, offering a space for women to come together in fellowship and Scripture. Through prayer, study, and open conversation, participants deepen their understanding of God’s Word and its place in their daily lives.
